doubleowner Posted October 10, 2004 Share Posted October 10, 2004 My wife just recently bought a 1990 Park Ave. with just over 100,000 miles on it. We can be driving down the road at any speed and the engine just shuts off. I pull over and try to crank it but nothing happens and all of the inside lights are real dim. The only way I can get it to crank is to disconnect the battery cables and then put them back on. Is this mean the computer is bad since I am resetting it when I disconnect the battery?
