33kcenturion Posted August 24, 2004 Share Posted August 24, 2004 Is the flexible rubber rear bumper filler on a 73 Electra supposed to lay on top of the bumper or does it tuck under it? It doesn't look right laying on the top but if I tuck it in then it looks like it would collect alot of leaves and water directly on top of the tail lamp housings. Don McClair Posted August 25, 2004 Share Posted August 25, 2004 The rubber bumper fillers on the back of the full size 73 models were tucked under the bumper. With the trunk lid open, you can lift these up and access the rear tailight wiring and bulbs.
