Is the flexible rubber rear bumper filler on a 73 Electra supposed to lay on top of the bumper or does it tuck under it? It doesn't look right laying on the top but if I tuck it in then it looks like it would collect alot of leaves and water directly on top of the tail lamp housings. I'm sure there is someone else out there that has wondered this. Thanks for the reply. Larry

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Buick Farm and whether they are still taking orders? I placed an order around the 1st of July and never recieved it. I have made 4 attempts to contact them throught their email and their "contact us" form on the website with no reply back. I've even sent them a letter through the US post office requesting a reply. Are they on vacation? Are they reading their emails? Does anyone know how they can be reached? Thank you, Larry
