35Dictator
It appears that the Stromberg carb. is in rough shape and am wondering if a diff. brand of carb. might work. If so, which one and off of what car? A carb. that I could still get a kit for would be great. Thanks again.
George Rohrbach
No reason to swap carbs. Studebaker used the same carb on the Dictators in 1935, 1936 and 1937. They also used it on the '37 Coupe Express. Dave had one that was rebuilt that I saw a couple of weeks ago. George Rohrbach
Also your carb should be a Stromberg EX-23. I am not sure what a BXV-2 fits.
