Guest Oldsman Posted June 14, 2004 Share Posted June 14, 2004 In '65 was there a tool made for removing the power antenna retaining disc on a Starfire?Once the power antenna mast is through the fender, the threaded disc holds the assembly tight to the fender. It is round and has two small detents on the top surface for tightening. The old one looks as if nails, or punches had been used to tighten it, as well as channel lock "bites" around the perimeter.Any input is appreciated.Thanks!
