Help to "ID" 37 or 38 Buick clock

H, Can anyone "ID" this clock? Is it a 37 or 38 Buick or? It fits in a 3 3/8" hole.

If it is a 37 or 38, it must be a 38 because the 37 is square and mounted in the glove box door.

Having had both, I can say both mounted in the glovebox door, the 37 rectangular and the 38 round. But the '38 Special dash I have here the clock has some red in the face/print. If this isn't an upper series clock it might be later than that, or earlier I suppose - not familiar with either but seems like the 39 that used to be in one of the boneyards had a round hole in that side of the dash.

I have a 37 and a 39 , and that does not look like either. the 40 has a round face like yours, but the background is cream colored. Yours may just be discolored.
