Guest
I Have a 1963 Olds Starfire and cannot find a headliner anywhere. I would like to find the original foam type, but everyone says noone makes it anymore. I heard there was a vinyl replacement being made, that looked just like the old foam, but can't find the manufacturer. Can anyone help?
rocketraider
Early 60s Ford headlining material had an open-cell foam appearance. You may be able to get a Starfire headliner made of that material to approxiimate the OE look. Otherwise, SOL. The Starfoam wasn't one of their better ideas. Guest Oldsman
63,There's an auto upholstery shop called "Shelby Trim" located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Phone: 586-939-1260. They might be able to help locate the material you need, or give you a lead to someone who might have it.Good Luck.JEK
