RO
Anyone have a general source for side molding retaining clips? Looking for what appear to be rather usual type clips (two sizes) for a '56 Clipper, but Restoration Specialities could NOT match the clips and only other source I found was autobodysupply and they don't have that match either. These are just normal spring clips but the size is the problem it would seem. Sometimes the simplest things can be the hardest to find. There must be other sources out there but I went through at leats two dozen google search pages and found nothing.

RO
Randy, I don't have the part numbers but if they are in the parts book, I can look tomorrow, I am looking for the smaller wire clip type molding fasteners for the upper entire length of the '56 Custom and the large wire clips for the entire length of the bottom. These moldings run the length of the car. I'm surprised Resto couldn't even come close but they did provide me clips for a few other areas. I don't currently have photos of them.
