Guest my3buicks
Has anyone seen the beautiful Wildcat GS Conv on ebay? It looks super super nice but it has been pointed out by a friend that the vin is for standard Wildcat but yet it has the Custom interior and also it has power vent windows that where not available on Wilcats. Is this an oddity or does this tell us that a closer look at the car should be done?
BUICK RACER
Keith, I've seen it and it looks wonderful, but may not be a real Wildcat GS Lots of discussion Here Here's the eBay link EBAY
palbuick
I have the same car as this one. Nothing about the posi or gear ratrio, std on all GS Wildcats. Power vent windows were not available on Wildcats. I believe that the Sport wheels should have a black center section. Now if this is a standard Wildcat with the GS option, this is a really low production car. I don't believe that the quoted number of cars with A/C and P.S, is correct. May car has both A/C . PS and cruise control, and more options. No mention of radio, stero, am-fm, am. Engine compt looks very good. Trunk is missing some cardboard, and cardboard around latch ????.Over all a nice looking car.If anyone is going to bid , first ask seller if he has the Production sheet, and it will show the G.S. option. vin number is correct for Wildcat Standard seriesThe early Wildcat G.S had script lettering on rear 1/4 and on trunk lid
