67Cadi
Who are you guys using for parts on your ?60-?70 vintage Cadillac?s? Regular maintenance items are no problem plugs, oil filters and so on. I found front wheel cylinders for my ?67 at NAPA after an extensive search but I'm sure I paid tooooo much. It gets a little old having some of my local yocal parts guys getting all whinny when the have to pull out the ?books? since the ?67 isn?t in the ?puter. 6219_Rules
Mick, I don't own a '67 but I had a '69 Olds 98 and I was able to get parts from Kanter, USAPartsSupply, CaddyDaddy, Cholakian Enterprises (sometimes or he might know where to go), then the local CLC members would know of local yards that might specialize in Cadillacs. We have one in Denver that is ONLY Cadillac...if you let me know what you need, I could check there or get the number for you. Any of the above are on the web. Hope that helps! 67Cadi
Thanks Randall!I just checked Kanters website, I did pay a bit too much for the wheel cylinders . I also filled out & paid the on-line membership application for the National Cadillac-LaSalle club back on the 10th, so hopefully that will lead me to more information! 6219_Rules
Also check out the CLC website. They have a list of specialists to answer your questions online..via email or phone. Welcome to the club!!! I would love to see pictures of your '67.Since you are registered on the AACA forum., you can use their Photo Post section...just click on the Collectable Automobile Photo Post inthe upper left of your screen. You can see my cars there under Lykeios. <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

6219_Rules
Nice car, Mick. Really nice! On the Photo Post, go to the search window on the lower right, select USERNAME and enter Randall A. McGrew. That will bring up my car photos.
67Cadi
Wow very impressive collection of cars! I'm crazy about the '47! I appreciate the kind words on my '67.I am a certified car nut! This car is my other toy. So I pretty much have both ends of the spectrum cover as far as car size go!
6219_Rules
Oh I LOVE Miatas!! My ex had two, and my son had a beautiful 2001 Miata in dark green...what a marvelous car. Pat had one of the 1990, the second silver one in the US. It was totalled in 1996. In May her 2002 and Jonathan's 2001 burned in her garage that took out the house, 3 antiques and a 1960 Cadillac 6269. Both Pat and Jonathan are racers and are looking to buy another car for vintage racing. Thank you for your kind words. The '47 is very special to me. I would rather drive it than the '77 Eldorado that I have. I don't think it is on the Photo Post site yet. It is all original with 78000 miles on it. I am the third owner. I will post them today. I may have already done so...my memory is poor...so if I did it would be under 'Tiffany' (I named the car for Audrey Hepburn in 'Breakfast at Tiffanys"). Guest
Try Dan's Classic Auto parts in Portland, OR. They have a catalog under Google catalogs. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have stuff that I could not find in other catalogs. Link to their Google catalog:http://catalogs.google.com/catalogs?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&issue=10226&catpage=coverEd
