Guest
Just bought a gorgeous 91 Trofeo, it's just about perfect except the dash board only comes on about 50% of the time...any helpful hints, this is my first car of this type....thanks
rocketraider
It's a common problem and one reason I stay away from digital dash cars. Find a competent AC-Delco jobber who can get you a reconditioned one. If you can't find one locally, 336-274-9483, Dixie Sales Auto Repair in Greensboro NC. Ask for Britt or Russell. rocketraider
If you've got some electronics training and experience, and a schematic, I suppose you could do it yourself. Me- I prefer to leave stuff like this to the pros.I never saw a thing wrong with good ol' analog gages. I still trust them more than digital stuff. That may come from getting me arse scorched one too many times by faulty electronic instrumentation when driving the powerplant.
