When do I get my oval?

I received my First Junior Award at Carlisle in Class 27J

for my Black 1972 Monte Carlo. I was unable to attend the

banquet. My friend, who attended the banquet, picked up my

trophy using the trophy pick up form provided in my

registration packet. When he inquired about the First Place

oval plaque, he was told "We will take care of the rest".

Does this mean that it will be mailed to me?

As this was my first of what I hope to be many National Meets,

I do not know what is the standard procedure. I am sure some

of you experienced veterans can provide the answer.
