commander Dave Posted March 4 Share Posted March 4 Changed plugs yesterday they were very sooty Engine burns oil,,Carb good. Carter BB1 BUT the carb warmer has nothing but the rod thru the housing no way to adjust except with vise grips (a couple of years ago it took me a few weeks of penetrating fluid and using vice grips) to free it up. I don't need the warmer working. Question; Would I turn that rod "up" or "down" to make it right. Also, if that thing is in the wrong position could it do that to my plugs?
