Jarvis water meter.  Made by the W.B. Jarvis co in Grand Rapids , Michigan .    Uses a float to show engine overheating.  This is a nice solid meter, missing the cork float inside.  A perfect one to display in your growing collection of unique hood ornaments and radiator  cap devices.  Should be easy to repair if actually required, but as-is we are pricing  this to sell at $100.   A DIRECT EMAIL to tmorsher@icloud.com will reach me in Norwalk, Ohio.
