1947 Lincoln V-12 - radiator removal

Bight a barn find, Sport Coupe, need to remove radiator to get boiled out, etc.  Read in a forum that fan must come off first, three screws in back.  see screws, can get 1/2" socket onto them, but cannot fit ratchet as interferes with dampener shaft.  also read to be very careful with dampener.

 

Questions:

 

Any easy way to remove fan?

How does one remove the radiator, i.e. what needs to be removed and where are the fasteners

How to remove dampener.

 

I need remove all and get to crank to see if i can turn engine over.  Any and all advice greatly appreciated.
