Trico Wiper Motor, first try at fix

This interesting video shows the first step in getting your wiper motor to work before a rebuild or replacement. I recall but had forgotten that an old mechanic at a garage I at in high school did this quick fix before more drastic measures.

Any lubricant will get a worn motor working for a short time, but it won’t last (depends on how worn it is to begin with). I had a 58 Lincoln that really liked STP, but you  needed to do it every time it rained.
