rocketraider Posted April 16, 2003 Share Posted April 16, 2003 The 442 fender was prepunched at the stamping plant, but if you have a non-442 fender your best bet will be to get a 1969 Cutlass assembly manual. They're made up of the factory engineering drawings and should have the info you need to put the numbers on correctly.
