Centurion
The car appears to be an Electra 225 Riviera sedan. I've never heard of an Invicta trim option on an Electra 225; can you elaborate about what this means?I am unable to tell from the photos whether the car still has the bright ribbed lower bodyside molding. Is it still there, or has it been removed and painted?
Guest 40series
the car has the invicta badges as well as the electra badges and they were on the car when the 2nd owner who I still know got it from the original owner. The lower body trim is all there and very straight but was painted by the original owner. Thanks, nice 59, I have 2 59 invicta hdtp's. I love this one but I can't keep all of them anymore. Guest 70 Electra
Invicta badges? Mmmmm. Are they on the front fender? Perhaps the fenders were at one time replaced with those from an Invicta parts car? I remember in my home town we had a couple of 65 Impala's with 66 front clips on 'em. We used to jokingly refer to them as 65 1/2's. <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
