This rim wind clock is in decent condition but does not run.

The rim time set works 

I expect it was over wound at some point.

Patents are 1915 and earlier

Phinney- Walker rim wind clocks were made in Detroit

one would likely want to redo the chrome on the rim wind

The black body is 2 1/2 inch dia

the outside dia of the mounting ring is 3 3/8 inch

the outside dia of the rim wind is 2 3/4

it is smaller than some of the rim winds one sees

priced at $90.00 US funds plus postage
