It is all brass and measures about 16" in overall length with a 3" diameter bell. It retains all of its original paint, the mounting bracket, the reed and reed holder, original front screen, Lucas emblem, etc. It appears to be NOS and never used. The only thing missing is the rubber bulb. A great early motoring accessory. Price is 175.00 including shipping within the USA.
