One side of fairly heavy top frame,wood is screwed to the sides of the irons,deluxe swivel points,identity hoped for

These are fairly heavy flat irons,the swivel points are maybe nickeled brass,or even stainless. The clamp looks like a mini boomer. Just four bows so it wasn't anything huge. Appreciate any help.
