I have the attached for sale, came out of a 1966 fastback.  Needs some work but everything's there, some rust as shown in pictures, piano hinge stuck.

 

$350 for all, can deliver to Hershey if paid for before hand.  Now in Winchester Va.  Do not want to ship.
