Guest
How much will it cost for the bumper, headlight assembly, and the passenger side fender for 1972 225??
Smartin
For the big boat parts you'll probably have to end up contacting one of the southwest yards like: Speedway Automotive Desert Dog Auto Parts Desert Valley Auto Parts ORwww.buickfarm.comIt's next to impossible to find new or NOS parts for these cars unless you buy a parts car. Keep an eye out for LeSabres and Centurions also for that year, as they share bumpers and fenders.

Buick Doctor
I am parting out a 72 Electra Limited 4 door hardtop. I have a pair of headlight bezels in above avg. cond. and a grill, pair of fender skirts, tilt steering column with key, also parted out 2 other 72 Electra's, 1-72 LeSabre, 1-74 Electra Ltd., and a 75 Electra Limited Park Avenue. Smartin
Joe,Any of those cars have a posi rear?
Buick Doctor
I have a complete Positraction rear axle assembly, except the drums are probably shot. It is from a 1975 Electra Limited Park Ave. and is likely 2.93 gears. I drove the car it was in, and I know the posi diff. works. I would prefer someone to come pick it up, rather than me have to send it. It is a 10 bolt coil spring rear, and it will bolt right in to the 72. I know the original 71-73 big Buicks got the 12 bolt, but the 2 different types will interchange as complete assemblies. I would sell that rear for $300. Smartin
Thanks for the reply Joe. I have found a set of 3.23 gears with a posi carrier about a week ago for $200. There are a few guys looking for a posi rear for their big boats on www.v8buick.comTry to sell it over there...I don't think you'll have a problem getting rid of it.
