part for remote key fob

on the back of the remote where the battery goes in

there is a black small gasket that keeps the cover tight

and seal out mosture like an o ring..mine is gone and the

battery cover then turns and then falls off. i have looked all

over for that little part but with no luck. does anyone have any ideas

a simple thing causes so much grief

Try your dealer,a salvage yard will want to sell complete unit

but maybe only a few $. for one with that type gasket.I think an o ring would be to thick
