Smartin
above or below? I thought that was a plastic piece (2 pieces) that ran along the top of the taillights. There is a metal piece below each taillight but I don'tthink it's pot metal. The only pot metal I can think of on the rear of the car is the rear quarter extensions. What color are the pot metal pieces? Silver? On mine, these are plastic. Check your car again...those plastic parts will sand and paint very easily. Also, I used the Tuck and Van paint in a spray can...flat silver...looks just like the original.Adam
Centurion
The items referred to here are unique to the Centurion, Adam. The LeSabres did not have these bright trim moldings that attach to the plastic panels you have described.
Smartin
Yeah I figured that out finally <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />I still don't have my Centurion!! Arrgh..I'm getting stir crazy waiting for it. The seller is still trying to get the scissor top rails fixed after he broke them a week ago. I told him to fix them before I bought for sure. That's at least another $500 for side rails that I don't have the $$ to fix myself.I'm also trying to figure out how to get the car back here.
