Duece-N-Quarter
I know of one in a barn around the corner. It's a dark color w/ woodgrain. It's a 74-76, haven't looked at it close, since it's on private property. I don't know about rust or if it runs or if it has a 3rd seat, or even if its for sale, but its been there for at least the 4 years I've been living here. I can try and get a ph# or stop by and ask about it for you if your interested.
Guest Shaffer
I would really appreciate that Jon. Is the car located in Tennessee?
Guest Shaffer
Thanks Bill. I like the 59s, but I am looking for a 70s model, needing only a little work. I will mention it however on a stationwagon club I am a member of. Someone there may be interested in it. Thanks again.
Guest Shaffer
The derby drivers easily find them in VGC for almost nothing. The people who love the cars and wants one to restore, cannot find them anywhere. <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Guest Shaffer
I am still wanting to buy a 71-74 Buick, Pontiac or Chevrolet full-size wagon. Will pay cash, or will trade a very good 1995 Chrysler Concorde 4dr w/90K actual miles for one in good condition. Jon- did you ever find anything out about the one in the Nashville area? Thanks. Guest Shaffer
I was really wanting something in the $1000-$2500 range. I have located a 1972 Pontiac Catalina Safari 3-seat, woodgrain optioned wagon, with 42K actual miles, in excellent condition, for $3800. Really wanting something even cheaper, as I do not have garage space for a really nice one and do not want a show car. Thanks again for the info. Guest
There is a '73 or '74 large Buick Estate wagon, with the clamshell tailgate for sale in a Sherman, Texas neighborhood which I drive through 2 or 3 times a week. Dark blue, needs paint, no rust, has the wood grain, currently licensed so I presume it runs, heard they want $750 for it. I can get the phone # if any one is interested.Pete Phillips, BCA #7338Ector, Texaspphillips@netexas.net

Guest Shaffer
Pete- Did you ever learn anymore about the Estate Wagon for sale? I located a 73 Estate Wagon that I am going to look at tomorrow. It is about 40 miles away. Green, with woodgrain and vinyl top, gppd body, runs good, weak transmission for $1800.
