The only parts missing are amp meter and horn. Car will need 4 tires. Back glass window still have the original glass with the 1918 script in the left corner. Delivery included to RM Sotheby’s in Ontario, after it reliable carrier can carry it anywhere in the Us. Engine not seized I have clean tittle in my hand Asking price 7000$.
