Body style questions

I just joined your club and I have a few questions about body styles. I want to buy a 1926-30 DB roadster or a body style simular to a roadster. Is a cabriolet simular to a roadster? Are ther other body styles simular to the roadster? I do not care if it has a back seat or not. I do want the car to have a folding top and 2 doors. Any comments would be appreciated.

Generally speaking a roadster would have side curtains and a rumble seat.A cabriolet would have the same seating but with roll-up windows,both cars have 2 doors.A phaeton would have side curtains and 4 doors,a convertible sedan would have the roll-up windows and 4 doors.Most cars with side curtains have leather interiors with optional BILGE PUMPS and most cars with roll-up windows have cloth interiors.There are EXCEPTIONS to everything i just said.Just my 2 cents as always probably all it is worth.diz :
