alesco
Sometimes, when I make a left turn, I hear a low pitched squeak coming from the rear passenger side. Does anybody know what causes this noise?
Guest Greg Ross
Any sound of that nature coming from the rear while turning is most likely the wheel bearing. The sound can be anything from a squeal to a growling sound.Grab the tire at the top and push inward and pull outward, you're likely to find some play, same thing cluching the front and back of the wheel and press in and out.I've had rather poor luck with aftermarket Moog bearings, don't seem to get much more then 30-40 thousand miles.
