This chrome cowl trim piece has never been mounted and is obviously NOS. The chrome has excellent luster as one would expect in a brand new chrome item. The studs on these trim pieces are notorious for snapping off so if you are restoring or plan to restore your `63 this may be a wise choice. Thanks!
