J3Studio
Riviera brochures up through 1987 explicitly reference the four-note horn as an option which I believe was around $28. After that, the Standard Catalog Of American Cars—which I find to be helpful overall but iffy on some specifics—doesn't list the option following 1987 and Buick goes to only listing "selected optional equipment" in their brochures. Does anyone know whether the four-note horn lasted past 1987?
Dales90
Had them on my 71 Riviera GS. But they were not the large trumpet horns of 64. They were about 6 inches long and had a slight flare at the front of the tube.

They definitely changed over time—I found this site interesting: http://www.delcoremyhistory.com/Products/horns.htm
