hddennis Posted October 31, 2018 Share Posted October 31, 2018 Been having trouble with oil leaks every since starting my 1917 Maxwell several years ago. Yesterday while fine tuning the engine I noticed that after running engine at high speed I saw oil splatter on the firewall and windshield. It appears to be coming from the shaft the large pulley driving the fan is on. Anyone familiar with the sealing method on this shaft?
