Guest Posted October 2, 2002 Share Posted October 2, 2002 I purchased a Commander Brougham which has a globe emblem attached to the headlight bar where the 6 or 8 should be. The emblem says "Commander World Champion." I just recently say another Stude witht the same thing. Can anyone tell me what this means? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mark Huston Posted October 3, 2002 Share Posted October 3, 2002 The "World's Champion" headlamp tie-rod medallion was introduced on the 1928 GH Commander because of all endurance stock car world records set by the 1927 Commanders using the famous Big Six engine.
