Rear Main Seal for a 41 Century 320 engine

Hello,

  I am currently working on a 41 Buick Century and trying to slow down the leaks. One is due to an old rear main rope seal. I was told that they don't make a rear main seal out of neopreme for the 320. They do for the smaller 248 but not the 320. I was wondering if I could use a neopreme seal from another make. I have a 55 Cadillac that needed a rear main seal and found that a neopreme one from a 318 would work. Any help o this would be most appreciated! Thanks.
