This 1969 Ford Torino was restored in 1990s and has been used very little since. It has always been stored in a climate controlled facility and maintained on a regular basis. It has the correct 428 Cobra Jet, Ram Air engine, automatic transmission, power windows, console, front disc brakes, power steering and factory air conditioning. Originally a red car, it was repainted black at the time of the restoration. The paint is in excellent condition and shows hardly any signs of wear. It has a bright, even and consistent gloss throughout. There is no evidence of any damage or repair on any of the sheet metal. The body lines are crisp and there are even gaps and margins throughout. The overall fit and finish is extremely nice. The red interior is excellent including the seats, carpets, door panels, headliner, dash board, etc. The chrome and stainless are very nice. The chassis is extremely clean. There is no evidence of any repair to any of the floor pans, trunk pans, etc. The rockers and frame are excellent. The chassis was fully painted at the time of the restoration and still looks great. Mechanically, the car runs and drives great. The engine was rebuilt during the 1990s as was the suspension system, etc. It has a modern ignition system and an upgraded manifold. It is believed that the engine has about 3,000 miles since the rebuild. The transmission is smooth. The brakes and steering are tight and responsive. All of the lights, gauges, etc work. The A/C needs to be serviced and the mufflers are probably due for replacement some time soon. The tires are nearly new. There is an aftermarket oil pressure gauge installed and a modern stereo system. The mileage shown is about 87,000 which may be original. Included with the sale of the car are an extra set of restored, original wheels and tires finished in silver color with Polyglass tires, the original intake manifold, distributor, radio and some miscellaneous extra and spare parts. The car has a Marti report as well as a clear and current Michigan title in the owner's name. This car is ready to use and enjoy. It presents well from all angles and is clean inside, outside and underneath. The price of the car is 26,500.00 and it is located near Ann Arbor, MI
