Not sure, but I think I may have gotten it from the collection of a now-deceased friend who, among other cars, owned a 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado. Could this possibly fit one of those? The only thing I can think of is maybe it operates the hidden headlight doors? Any other guesses? The body of it is six inches long by 5 inches in diameter. The outer housing is hard plastic.
