RO
Yeah, I saw that; the poor guy cannot give up his box. Maybe he'll sell the box for a couple hundred bucks.
RO
Last two times I saw '56 Clipper/Executive taillights with bezels was Daytona last year $250 each) and some other show $150 each. The ones at Daytona as I recall were very nice.
Guest Randy Berger
I may have posted this before - if so I apologize. I bid on what I thought was a PAIR of PACKARD (not Clipper) backup lenses. Bid and shipping came to $107.xx. Seller told me he was ready to ship THE lens. I went back and reread the ad - it was for one lens. I emailed seller and told him my mistake but since it wasn't his error, I was sending the bid amount and I reminded myself not to be in such a hurry next time. Seller emailed me back and said he had "extras" and he sent me a pair of NOS lenses in boxes (yes, he gave me the boxes, too). I have been lucky all my life, mainly because most folks are really decent people.
