rocky5517
Saw this car in Newark/ the guy who owns it owns a company that furnishes cars for movies. It has a plate that says "Gotham" on the fender. Owner said it was used in the movie or tv series of the same name. Interestingly, he said the storyline was that the 63 was mentioned as a possible "Batmobile". I never saw the show so I can't say. The guy is pretty well known. He said the car was listed on craiglist for $11,000. Looked pretty straight to me but needed minor body work and paint. His name is Gerard Immersi/ 973 818 6973.
Guest Kaber
They used a 63 in Gotham the TV series. Young Bruce Wayne used it to try to escape from/ run over a villain. he was about 12 and it was in a collection of cars, presumably his late father's. I suppose that if Bruce Wayne driving it makes it a Batmobile, then it is. It was on screen for about 5 minutes. It was a cool scene, i don't watch the show but I am a Batman and Riviera fan. I caught a glimpse in a preview and recorded the show on my DVR. It's worth watching! K Edited June 22, 2016 by Kaber (see edit history)
rocky5517
Then that validates what Gerry said about the storyline, I suppose. I'll try to get a picture of the plate that says "Gotham"
