The last two that friends of mine sold that were really nice, one was and '87 and the other an '89 went for around $4500. i got a new engine cause some how the block was CRACKED dont ask how, i saw it with my own eyes. <P><BR>maybe 8k at least???? uggggg

Unfortunately, your first number is probably more realistic. Remember, it's still 11 years old. Plus theres not much of a demand. It's sad, but no one know what a T-type is. I purchased mine at 53,000 miles, with a bit of rust and missing front spoiler for, dare I say, less than 3k. I'd say 5,000 would be the highwater mark, but I could be wrong. Great car though, should be worth more!<P>Curious, why did you get a new engine? I've seen Lesabres at 350,000, engine never touched. I'll never understand why some put all this money and time into a car and then try to sell it.Its almost like a warning (somethings wrong)

I just bought an 89 T-type for $3500. It has 157,000 miles on it. Unfortunately 1 week later I was putting a new tranny in it. the car is in excellent shape. I checked out prices online. Check out "http://www.kbb.com" That is Kelly Blue Book prices. You'll find it worth around $3100 to $3500. Good luck on selling!
