Do's and Don'ts for submitting Fall meet request

We have received and enormous number of "Activity Request" cards for the Eastern Fall meet. Please do not include special instructions for Vendor or Car Corral space requirements. The time to submit the special request is with the registration cards that will be mailed on July 1st. We are also receiving checks for vendor spaces. No spaces are for sale before the  opening of Summer Registration, July 1st. Again the check should be mailed to the Hershey Region with the completed registration card that will be mailed to anyone that has requested on July 1st.  

 

All the "Activity Card" gets you is the official registration form. For car show request you will be able to go online and complete the registration form, print it and mail with payment once registration opens. Vendor and Car Corral request must be made to National HQ.
