Cab Mounts 37 Dodge MD 20

I have a 37' Dodge Parts Book, which shows [3] 1/2 bolts with springs on the bottom and [1] 5/8 bolt  [no spring].  I  have 6 brackets, 3 on each side and 2 front brackets on each side that go through a piece of wood and a bracket near the rear of cab on each side. When I removed the cab, I only had 2 bolts with springs and 1 larger bolt. By the book the 5/8 bolt goes in left front of cab, not sure about others. Can anyone help me out?

Yep, I can confirm 38 was the same.

Thanks for the information both of you supplied. I am still confused as to the amount of bolts. My parts book shows four bolts (two on each side), but as you can see by the attached picture, my frame has places for three bolts on each side. The attached picture is the left side of the frame. Looking at the picture, the original bolt is in the left front corner and the bolt with the spring is on the right side. So, what goes in the middle spot. I just have a bolt there to show you the three spots.

6 bolts and all have springs except for the left front corner of the cab. I have dissembled about 20 trucks from 33 to 38 that have 6 mounting bolts.
