flh73
Ok I've searched and came up short. 1963 Riv 401 a/c car which AC fuel filter is it suppose to have. I've seen blue, red, silver or metal color. It's not a cheap investment to get the right one so any help is appreciated. ThanksGary
Seafoam65
Now that's an interesting question..... What you need to do is consult the 63 showroom brochure....the fuel filters on the engine display page are easy to see....they are in plain sight. I have the 65 Buick sales album and the filters on the 65's were painted blue withred lettering. That's something I've been meaning to correct on my car....I have a gold plated A/C replacement filter from the 70's on my car right now. flh73
Well Seafoam65 you were spot on, no one responded and no other feedback. Thanks for your follow up. I took your advise and order the painted one. I went with red to match the air cleaner on the 63 riv. I finished the engine in CAR's Silver so it will pop and look nice.ThanksGary
