Joseph44 Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 Hi haven't been on for awhile im restoring a 1983 buick prk ave and my climate panel doesn't open or close my actuator doors. Now I ordered one on e-bay but still didn't work now my question: Can these climate control units be rebuilt. These are very hard to get mainly these dinosours are mostly all gone. Can you guys help me out here if I can't fix this problem all I can think of is ( vacuum ). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys !! Larry Schramm Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 I believe that the modes were controlled by electric actuator motors depending on the car. I would check the mode motors to see if they are getting a signal to move along with the vacuum supply if it has that type of control. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
