Guest sharkeymark Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 I am having an issue on tuning the idle, either my freshly rebuilt carbs by a pro are not working correctly or there are not ported vacuum ports on these. All ports have vacuum on them at idle there for my vacuum advance is clicking wide open at idle instead of coming in on throttle up with ported vacuum. It idles nicely without the vacuum advance 2.5 BTDC add the vacuum advance 16 BTDC and vibrates/shudders and is not burning the fuel all the way. How am i going to get a true ported vaccum port or what can I do with the vacuum advance to simulate such on the Carter AFB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
