I am not an expert on car appraisal but as a long time old car hobbyist I am of the opinion that the car is in good condition mechanically with probably the original matching numbers 401CID engine.I have not driven the car but have done some service to it and the engine runs quietly and smoothly There has evidently been some rust repair to the front fenders, rear quarters, rocker panels and doors. The floors, frame and truck have been coated in rustproofing materials and appear to be solid and free of rust repairs The paint is very good with a very few minor defects. . The top and interior is in very good to excellent condition. All of the gauges work. I would rate the car as a solid #3. The car has been modified as shown in the photos.
