1926 Dodge Brothers. Doodlebug

Hello fellow Dodge enthusiasts , I recently purchased a doodlebug after constantly bugging the guy to sell it to me. I am familiar with tractor restorations (John Deere). I am also a Dodge enthusiast. I have seen many doodlebugs but never a Dodge so I had to have it. It has 1926 painted across the hood. All the gauges, radiator cap, wheel hubs, carb, seem to match. The electrical system is 12 volt. The starter/alternator and distributor are North East Electric( don't hold me to that I can't remember at the moment). I will try to post pics and serial numbers when I get home. Any info you can give me will be appreciated. 12 volt seems wrong for this year to me. It does turn over freely and all the valves are free. I believe the rear end to be from a Ford TT. The hub covers are Ford anyway, worm drive. It has two transmissions back to back, and they have a key slot in the top to lock them out. I will post some pics later. Any info you can give me as far as what to look for, check, tuning, ignition??? Will be helpful and where to find technical manuals, parts?? Thx in advance

I have the serial number off of the frame plate A-409729

The casting number on the block is 17321

The two numbers on the head are A16147, 18923

any information on what these numbers tell would be appreciated. I did get it running tonight, so things are looking up.post-96048-14314216274_thumb.jpg
