My 1964 Pontiac Catalina was purchased new here and I would love to find an old ad or the dealer or a license plate frame from them. I think they went out of business around 2008. cpwalter Posted September 23, 2013 Share Posted September 23, 2013 Frank,Why not contact the Chamber of Commerce in Albemarle and see if they know any of the dealerships history. Then ask them for a list of antique stores in the community. There may be something there. Touch base with the present GM dealers to see if one of them bought out the Pontiac dealer or knows someone that may know about that dealer.
