Box 70 Lancaster Ohio 43130 800-2646826 Fax 740-653-9501. They make several sizes although I think they are whole numbers like 6" 7" 8" etc. They are they original thick type and cost somewhere in the 125.00 range which I think is quite reasonable for the real thing!
