d2_willys Posted June 4, 2013 Share Posted June 4, 2013 Just got my 55 rambler country club. The wiring is a mess under the hood, but salvagable. My question is: does this car use the neutral safety switch for a starter actuator switch too? I have looked on my Rambler wiring diagram and all it shows is a starter switch going to the starter relay. The other end is tied to the bat terminal of the starter relay.Does this car actuate the starter by pulling up or depressing down on the shift lever? Seems to be the case, but not sure.
