Can't get #4 cylinder to work

Have spark (with plug pulled) , fuel and seems like good compression, but no power from #4 What am I missing? 1929 A

Just for kicks, trade number 1 and 4 spark plugs and see what happens. Sometimes a spark plug will spark when it is not under compression but will not work under compression. Check compression on all four cylinders and see that they are all +/- 5 psi of each other. Also, with the distributor cap off, check the distance between the brass tip on the rotor and the four contact tips on the distributor body, they should all be about even.
